Hi again Chris
I love writing articles which should be helpful for my blogging. However I am neither Gen Y or Gen X and find the techie stuff difficult.
I am working my way thru a blogging course but still not find it easy.
Any suggestions as I find programmers are expensive?! I wish when new teaching courses came out they gave them to newbies to beta test as we would be able to say if they are easy to follow.
What I have found even with good quality courses; a lot is assumed and even if I follow every step given me in instructions, things are still left out and I think I must have done something wrong – only to find out from the course that can’t do cos a vital piece of information not there or video now obsolete…..the list goes on.
Sorry for the long comment but this really holds me up and I just want to get my homebiz up and running soon.

Help is here. Hope to see you on Thursday.
That’s very generous. I have heaps of PDF blogging guides still to work thru from my blogging coaches but as they are in UK and USA respectively; I can email or skype them but sometimes it all seems just too hard.
Do you know about setting up shopfronts to sell products. That’s my next BIG hurdle to overcome. Want my site to look appealing and attractive to display products at their best.
As I am going to be writing quite a few articles on natural health and organic products; want that to show in my shop front presentation.
Thanks again for your offer of help.
Hopefully see you on Thursday at the meet-up

Hi Chis and Patricia,
The meetup initiative is a very good one. I’ve missed the first one. How was it?
The networking is potential there is great, then you really know real people and know who’s an expert in what.
I think having real people to mentor you, give you advice or share not-widely-known tips is very valuable: espcially with the Internet, where there’s so much to learn.
Ben

Hi Chris
Hope the meetup went well. Wasn’t able to make it and my laptop crashed on Friday and have only just got back on the net with a borrowed laptop till mine is replaced. The techies couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it so I am being given a new one. Only problem is that they won’t be sending it for at least 4 weeks!
Just fetl like I was gaining momentum with my blog when I experienced this bump in the road. I hope to be able to make it to the next meetup but will have to see what eventuates.
All the best
Patricia

Next week I am running a meet up specifically on blogging and blog content syndication. I have sent out a broadcast to the meet up group. This will be extremely valuable for you so I hope you can make it.
